These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Madonna del Latte online store and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information
Madonna del Latte is a family-run winery based in Orvieto, Italy. All products are sold through our online store powered by Shopify. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, however minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are of legal drinking age in your country. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, which does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€). Depending on your location, prices may include or exclude taxes, duties, and excise charges, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, and applicable taxes or duties are calculated and shown at checkout. For certain destinations, all duties and taxes may be included, while for others, import charges may be payable upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if a bottle is faulty (for example, corked), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a refund for the affected bottle(s). Replacement bottles are not offered due to shipping constraints.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Madonna del Latte and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
