Refunds and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our wines.
If your order arrives damaged, or if a bottle is faulty (for example, corked), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@madonnadellatte.it, including your order number and photos if applicable.
In such cases, we will gladly issue a refund for the affected bottle(s).
Please note that replacement bottles are not offered, as shipments are made in fixed packaging formats.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of damage or fault before processing a refund.
